Claim: Video of a Muslim man objecting the display of National Flag on vehicles.

Fact: The video shared in the post is a scripted one. The disclaimer at 2:08 minutes shows that the video is completely fictional, scripted and made for awareness purpose only. Hence the claim made in the post is FALSE

We watched the video carefully and found that at 2:08 minutes, a disclaimer appears at the bottom of the screen for a couple of seconds. The disclaimer reads “This Video is a complete fiction, all the events in the video are scripted and made for awareness purpose only. This does not promote any kind of activity or defame any kind of rituals. Any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental

Upon further investigation, we came across an extended version of this scripted video on YouTube uploaded on 14 August 2022. At the end of the video, when asked why shouldn’t we display flag on vehicles, the Muslim man explains, “when flags are put on vehicles, they may fall down, and people walk on them which is a disrespectful thing. That’s why national flag shouldn’t be kept on vehicles”.  We couldn’t find out the original creator of this video. This article will be updated, when required information is available.

To sum it up, this video of a Muslim man asking Hindu youth to remove National flag from vehicles is a scripted one.
