These reports, along with keyframes from the viral video, confirm that the incident took place on 26 June 2025. Vomika Soni, a 34-year-old woman from Lucknow, drove her car for about 7 km along railway tracks near Shankarpalli in Telangana’s Rangareddy district, disrupting Hyderabad–Bengaluru train services for nearly an hour. She allegedly brandished a rod at bystanders, threw stones, and resisted arrest while reportedly under the influence of alcohol. Sony was arrested by the Telangana Police and handed over to the railway police, who booked her for trespassing and damaging public property.

To find the details of the case and the identity of the accused, we accessed the FIRs related to this case. It was revealed that two FIRs were registered, one at RPS Vikarabad (FIR No. 102/2025), where the suspect’s name was not mentioned, and another at Shankarpally Cyberabad Police Station (FIR No. 250/2025). The latter FIR identifies the woman as Vamika Soni, confirming that she is not a Muslim, contrary to the claims being made in viral posts.

To sum up, the woman who drove on railway tracks in Telangana is not a Muslim.
