Fact: Video shows a fight between a Prantiya Raksha Dal (PRD) jawan and a home guard in Mandi Chowki (UP) over a car-related issue. Hence, the claim is FALSE.   

When the video in the post was run through the ‘InVid’ plugin, several keyframes were obtained. On subjecting these keyframes to reverse image search, a certain keyframe led to the tweet of ‘ANI News’. The tweet had the following information in it- “#WATCH Baghpat: A fight broke out between a Prantiya Raksha Dal (PRD) jawan and a home guard in Mandi Chowki under Baraut police station, yesterday”.

When searched on Google with relevant keywords, a news article of “ANI” regarding the incident was found. As per this article, a Prantiya Raksha Dal (PRD) jawan and a home guard were involved in a fight in Mandi Chowki under Baraut police station in Uttar Pradesh. Regarding the incident, Circle Officer Baraut, RK Kushwaha said, “RTO had seized a car which was released yesterday. The car was under home guard’s observation and the PRD jawan stopped the car at the mandi gate, because of which a fight broke out between them.

To conclude, in the video, the men in Khaki uniform weren’t fighting over the distribution of money collected through challans.
