To verify the claim, we visited the official website of the Ministry of Labour and Employment and searched for details about this scheme. However, after a thorough review, we found no information regarding any such scheme.

Upon examining the website link (https://ytsave.online/ek-parivar-ek-naukri-yojana/) provided in the viral post, we found that this domain was registered on 13 July 2024.

We also found a post on X by PIB Fact Check, dated 21 March 2025, confirming that the “One Family, One Job” scheme is fake. The government has not launched any such scheme.

It’s important to note that while no nationwide ‘One Family One Job’ scheme exists, certain states have implemented similar initiatives. For instance, Haryana introduced such a scheme in 1992, and Sikkim launched a comparable program in 2019.
