Fact: This video clip is a small portion of a video posted by Salman Khan in April 2020. In this video, he expresses his anger towards people who violate the COVID-19 rules. Hence, the claim made in the post is False.
To check the veracity of the viral claim, we performed a reverse image search using a few keywords from the viral video. This search led us to the original full-length version of this video. This was uploaded on 22 May 2020 on the official verified YouTube channel of Salman Khan.
In this video, Salman Khan was seen criticising the people who were violating the rules of the COVID-19 lockdown. The portion seen in the viral video can be seen from the 8:24 mark. Salman Khan also uploaded the same video to his Instagram account in April 2020.
Furthermore, the media reported this in 2020. A few news reports from that time can be found here, here, and here. This makes it clear that an old video from 2020 is now being incorrectly shared as a recent video.
