A video going viral on social media (here, here, and here) claims to show a differently-abled Muslim man being harassed by a biker in Jharkhand. The video is being shared as if it depicts a real incident. Let’s verify the truth behind the video in this article.

Claim: The videos show a differently-abled Muslim man being harassed by a biker in Jharkhand.

Fact: The viral video does not show a real incident; it is a scripted video created by YouTuber Muklesur Bhaijaan, who uploads riding vlogs and scripted content. The same elderly man has appeared in other similar videos. The characters in the video speak Bengali, and the passing vehicles have WB (West Bengal) registration plates. Additionally, Muklesur Bhaijaan’s Facebook page indicates that he is from West Bengal, making it unlikely that the incident took place in Jharkhand. Hence, the claim made in the post is FALSE.

We noticed that we had debunked a video featuring the same elderly man in October 2024 when a video went viral, showing two masked individuals on a bike harassing an elderly man carrying eggs on a bicycle.

We searched for Muklesur Bhaijaan and upon reviewing his profile discovered an extended version of the viral video (archived) uploaded on his YouTube channel Muklesur Bhaijaan on 24 January 2025 with the caption “Random Rider Challenged Me & He Crushed! || Gari Ko Mara | Bike Rider Help Kiya | Helping Motovlog”. 

We found that the same video was also uploaded on his Facebook page. In the video, the characters can be heard speaking in Bengali, and the passing vehicles have WB (West Bengal) registration plates. Additionally, the intro section of his Facebook page revealed that he is from West Bengal, making it unlikely that the incident took place in Jharkhand.

Upon reviewing his channel, his “About” section revealed that he uploads riding vlogs and scripted videos.

To sum up, the viral video is not a real incident; it is a scripted video created and uploaded by Muklesur Bhaijaan on his YouTube channel on 24 January 2025.
